A housing agreement is strictly contractual in nature for room and assigned bedspaces, room, or apartment, and nothing contained in this agreement, whether expressed or implied, shall create or be deemed to create a landlord-tenant relationship. Resident has a right to use the assigned bedspace, room, or apartment pursuant to policies and regulations, but the Seminary shall retain possession and control over all portions of its residence halls and apartments at all times, including the assigned room or bedspace. An agreement is solely for the purpose of authorizing usage for room and/or assigned bedspace, or apartment, and does not include or make promise of any meal plan or boarding.
